I am not sure the ones we have on this wiki are clear enough. I am equally unusre why it seems like certain well established rules are not being enforced. 

For example: I am seeing a massive stream of videos unrelated to the wiki being uploaded onto it that are not merely being hosted on userpages.

I would usually go to the staff about this, but it feels like they are all inactive these days.
