What is this?

<p>Off and on, I was afraid that this was going to happen. I thought Watchmojo.com said that if the Powerpuff Girls got a live-action adptation it wouldn't go down the dreaded studio route of making them teenagers or millenials for that matter. Now I'm worried and confused that if this is either going to be a live-action movie, series, which will be either a live-action reboot of, or a direct sequel of the cartoon show. I'm severly scared, I'm starting to freak out inside. </p>

<p>Sure. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, but I, for one, welcome this idea, just as long as it is a great show to watch. Anything is better than another lackluster cartoon reboot... </p>

<p>I don't know what to think. <i>The Powerpuff Girls</i> aren't like <i>Arrow</i>. To the very least, their show could be similar to <i>Supergirl</i>, but being this one of the best cartoons of my childhood, this announcement feels strange. Let's wait until the show gets released to see how it is. </p><p>Maybe as both <i>TPG</i> and DC are Warner Bros.'s properties, maybe an Arrowverse crossover is possible? </p>

<p>Deadline first said that the PPG live action project in development. I don't think there is a release date, and any casting choices for the show. I've also looked everywhere on the Internet and so far none of the articles said anything about the CW making that annoincement themselves. </p>
