The cringey memes? How trendy it attempts to be? It's stereotyping of transgender people (Donny.)? How it isolates the girls' personalities also to stereotypes (Blossom was not a neat freak in the original series, Buttercup had a sense of honor and nobility in the original series whereas her '16 self doesn't, and Bubbles was not one of those "OMG! LOL!" girls in the original series. She was energetic, yes, but she was rather sensitive.)?

Also, the new villains suck. Plain and simple. Allegro, Man-Boy, the Fashionistas, I could care less. They're basically the series' equivalent to the terrible Spider-Man villains introduced in Brand New Day back in 2008. The only villain I found to be somewhat interesting was, big surprise, Silico, who, if I had to compare to another BND villain, would basically be the equivalent to Mr. Negative. But then they introduced his awful origin story and I completely forgot about him. The new show barely has any of the original villains. I get that that's the case for the Amoeba Boys because Chuck McCann is dead, but other than him, everyone else is still alive and going. The only OG villains that they've bothered to use are Mojo, Princess, and HIM. All other classics that have been seen were relegated to cameo appearances.
