Okay, I'm actually late to the party...But I first discovered this show through to shorts on What A Cartoon! Those two shorts were Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins & Crime 101. Those two were made in 1995 & 1996 respectively. When I first saw some promos of PPG, I was awestruck. In those days, I was obsessed with Cartoon Network, Especially when they had Looney Tunes. Despite my daily grind involving Mainly Thomas & Friends, I was invested in PPG when it first aired while I was 7. However, I hardly had much PPG merchandise. If you ask me, The original PPG series should have ended after Season 4. In fact, I'd rather Power-Noia be the final episode of PPG because that episode taught us about conquering our deepest fears. It was also the last episode to have Craig McCracken's input for he would then move on to create Foster's Home for imaginary friends. That episode was such a perfect opportunity for CN to end the show on such a high note & let's face it, Season 4 ended so perfectly that Craig McCracken should've have stopped the show while it was going good. Therefore, PPG wouldn't be the laughing stock it seems to be nowadays & would instead be looked on as pretty good for many years to come. Come to think of it...Wouldn't things be different if PPG ended after 4 seasons? I know a lot of fans will have a go at me for saying this, But think of it this way, We could have been spared SO MUCH PAIN....We could have been spared....SO...MUCH...PAIN... We wouldn't have to suffer through the likes of Dance Pantsed Revolution, Powerpuff Girls Rule, The 2016 Series, The Fight Before Christmas or god help you Seasons 5 & 6!!! Wouldn't it have been better if CN & Craig McCracken had just let go of PPG back then? Wouldn't it have been for the best? I don't know...I just felt like looking over classic PPG, Knowing that CN & Craig should have ended it there.....They didn't end it there, Though.....And we all know why!!! But I wished CN & Craig had ended it after that episode. The irony of it all is I once planned to make PPG great again with my ideal 2nd PPG Movie & my ideal PPG reboot titled PPG Next-Gen. Both were to take place in an alternate timeline where Seasons 5 & 6 never existed. My ideal 2nd PPG Movie would have started with Rick & Morty erasing not only the events of the 2016 PPG series, But also Seasons 5 & 6 of the original PPG series. As for the main plot? Well.....Tired of seeing the Powerpuff Girls constantly triumphing over the forces of evil, HIM resurrects the Rowdyruff Boys & sends them out to the destroy the Powerpuff Girls & wouldn't you know it, The girls can't seem to lay a scratch on them at all & the boys suck out their super powers. As they prepare to finish the girls off...Bunny opens a can of whoop-ass on them & the boys retreat. Bunny is no long deformed & is apparently brought back from the dead along with the Rowdyruff Boys. Meanwhile, HIM sees that not only are the Powerpuff Girls still alive, But there's a 4th Powerpuff Girl as well. So HIM sends out an assassin named Scaramouche (Yes, The same guy from Samurai Jack) to destroy all 4 of them, But Bunny protects her sisters & reduces Scaramouche to a head again... Soon enough, The Powerpuff Girls get their super powers back by Bunny. Meanwhile, Scaramouche informs HIM that the Powerpuff Girls have no super powers & gets his body back. Of course, He's too late & HIM smacks Scaramouche aside & calls for the Rowdyruff Boys to finish them off once & for all...And they do!!! After that, HIM double-crosses them by telling them they were created for only one purpose & nothing more. It was from that moment...The Rowdyruff Boys defect to the side of good as they revive the Powerpuff Girls & help them save Townsville & the world from HIM. That's right...The Rowdyruff Boys wolud have been good guys!!! By the way, This movie would have been animated in Full CGI with the exception of the intro with Rick & Morty. However, It wouldn't make sense to have my ideal 2nd PPG Movie animated in Full CGI if the first film was animated in 2D. As for PPG Next-Gen? That would have taken place after my ideal 2nd PPG Movie & Bunny would be officially a main character & she would be smart, but very paranoid and loopy. She would be apparently not too fond of the government, either. Buttercup is still the toughest fighter, But sadly she would also be the least intelligent. Bubbles is still the joy & the laughter, But she would have gain at least some intelligence compared to Buttercup. Blossom is still the commander & the leader, But she would have to keep her sisters from doing anything stupid, Especially Buttercup & Bunny. Not too mention she would have nasty tempers. The episode segments with the Powerpuff Girls would still focus on them fighting the forces of evil, But sometimes they focus on other problems to be solved. The Rowdyruff Boys would get their own episode segments after the girls & these episode segments would involve them keeping Townsville safe & its citizens happy despite them suffering misfortunes while trying to accomplish their goals & Boomer would get the most of it. Boomer would be actually reasonable & more intelligent instead of being dumb. Brick is the leader of the trio & the most level-headed. He would actually tend to keep Boomer & Butch in order. Butch would be easily the most short tempered of the trio as he would get furious every time Boomer tries to compliment him or point out his problems, Which isn't helped by him misinterpreting what Boomer meant by his statement and Butch would always beat him to a pulp much to the annoyance of Brick. The humor of this reboot would be a mish-mash of Sonic Boom, Bob's Burgers, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Animaniacs, Jhonny Bravo, Dexter's Laboratory, Teen Titans Go, Mighty Magiswords, The Amazing World of Gumball, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Ed Edd n Eddy, Time Squad, Lucky Star & Etc.. The action would be a mish-mash of Sonic Boom, Steven Universe, OK KO Let's Be Heroes, Robotboy, Juniper Lee, Teen Titans (2003), Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, Regular Show, Rick & Morty, Venture Bros, Adventure Time & Etc... As for who will voice who....

Caty Cavdini as Blossom

Tara Strong as Bubbles

E.G. Daily as Buttercup

Nikka Futterman as Bunny

Greg Cipes as Boomer

Quinton Flynn as Brick

Kirk Thorton as Butch

The rest of the characters would have been voiced by the original VAs as well. Not to metntion that this reboot would have been a crossover series with characters from other CN properties such as Robotboy & Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.

However, I chose to cancel my ideal 2nd PPG Movie & my PPG reboot titled PPG Next-Gen. If you want to know how those two ideas popped in my head in the first place, The 2nd PPG movie idea came in my head 3 years ago when I went to see Sponge Out of Water & this fan fiction called Seven Samurai by Dynamoe has also inspired the return of Bunny & the redemption of the Rowdyruff boys. The idea of PPG Next-Gen came in my head last year when I started to realize How seasons 5 & 6 "Sucked". Now the 2nd PPG movie & PPG Next-Gen are both canceled & do you wanna know why? Here are the reasons:

1. Having Bunny come back to life & be the same height & build as her sisters would diminish her character horribly.

2. Making the Rowdyruff boys heroes with new personalities will not make anybody who likes the RRBs as villains happy EVEN in the slightest.

3. I wanted to make Boomubbles an actual couple, But I realized that would fall into an abusive relationship along with Blossick & Butchercup. Therefore, Craig McCracken is right all along about PPGxRRB not working.

4. Nobody would want Buttercup as an idiot.

5. The first PPG movie was never animated in FULL CGI, So it wouldn't be fair if the 2nd film was in FULL CGI.

6. I wanted to retcon Seasons 5 & 6, But it's probably for the best if they stayed in the PPG timeline forever.

7. I wanted to include the Misfit-puff Girls (A Redesigned Bliss, Redesigned Bell, Bird, Blaze & Brass), But nobody likes Bliss at all & Bell should stay exclusive to the PPG Doujinshi by Bleedman.

8. I wanted to make the Powerpunk girls (Brat, Beserk, Brute & Badger) the real evil counterparts of the Powerpuffs, But the Rowdyruff Boys are more suited to that role.

9. Craig McCracken would lose his |Redacted| if he ever saw the 2nd PPG movie or PPG Next-Gen.

10. The 2nd PPG movie & PPG Next-Gen would be no better than the 2016 series or even Seasons 5 & 6.

11. It's actually Hypocritical of me to make a 2nd PPG Movie & a reboot that's a crossover with other CN shows such as Robotboy & Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy when I stated that anything past Season 4 of PPG never holds a candle.

12. It's ABSOLUTELY impossible to make PPG great again!!!! Is it impossible to make CN great again? I hope not.

To put it bluntly....The 2nd PPG Movie & PPG Next-Gen are both canceled forever. However, I have considered making Next-Gen as it's own thing....As in not a PPG series. Instead, Next-Gen will feature completely original characters only. Granted, Next-Gen will contain characters from other CN shows such as Robotboy & Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, But as a PPG thing? Not in a million years. I have actually planned to move forward in order to make CN great again, So PPG Next-Gen is dead along with the 2nd PPG Movie. Next-Gen as it's own thing with original main characters, Original locations & an original premise should be a little easier because I won't have to do anything based on an established lore that is PPG, Especially without sticking to the source material of PPG because let's face it, PPG has already suffered enough & yet...It's STILL suffering and I don't want to add anymore fuel to the already raging fire. I intend to work Next-Gen out as it's own thing, Even though it will feature characters from other CN shows such as, But not limited to Robotboy & Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. Once again, Next-Gen will not be a PPG thing anymore. The title for Next-Gen itself is a working title for now. I still intend to sell Next-Gen to Cartoon Network, But it's not gonna be a PPG thing so as not to further incite the wrath of the classic PPG fans. It's gonna take a long time for me to work out all the details & transit the assets over into it's own thing as a CN original & not a PPG thing anymore because all of the PPG stuff would be removed.

But I digress...The main point of all this is The 2nd PPG Movie is forever cancelled & PPG Next-Gen ceases to exist due all the damage PPG has endured & I won't be able to clean it all up. I know I'm repeating myself & I apologize for reiterating myself, But I'm going to move forward to making Next-Gen as it's own thing without anything from PPG at all. I'm continuing work on Next-Gen, It's just not gonna be a PPG series whatsoever, But it does present me with a chance to do something original for CN. For those who were wanting to see a 2nd PPG movie, I'm truly sorry because circumstances have changed drastically. However, I urge you to stay tuned for what I have planned for Next-Gen as its own thing. To those that were looking forward to PPG Next-Gen, Craig McCracken himself said that Six seasons of the original PPG series were enough, Even though PPG should have ended after Season 4.

TL;DR version: PPG has suffered enough & it will continue to suffer, 2nd PPG movie is forever cancelled & I'll continue Next-Gen as a project that will not be PPG related anymore. CN should have left PPG alone, Instead they chose to milk it for all it's worth & anything past Season 4 will forever remain in the PPG timeline, Especially the 2016 series & most of all...Seasons 5 & 6. Not to mention how sorry I am for disrespecting opinions of my fellow PPG fans. And above all...I would like to say... Rest In Peace, Classic PPG (1998-2002)
