<p>Hot Air Buffoon this is not. Turns out that when it comes down to it, the Mayor is actually pretty capable of saving the day -- but not in an excessive way. In the end, he's still a lovable oaf. </p><p>New villain Bianca Bikini is a little like Sedusa and Mask Scara with her fashion motif. Kind of fun. </p><p>The video game references throughout the episode are pretty amusing too -- reminded me of Scott Pilgrim. </p><p>It was a little weird/disheartening to see the Powerpuffs de-powered in such a way -- I'm sure they've done more than this while sleepy before -- but it's a minor nitpick. All in all, I liked it. </p>
