The Episode Fallen Arches is the bane of my existence. First off, I have absolutely no idea why the ministry of pain would want to return when half of their members are walkin' around on crutches about to die a late death of polio. Second, the entire purpose of the power puff girls is that their fighting style, regardless of how you cut it, is pure sadist strategy. Yes, beating up a bunch of old people sets a bad example for the kids, but... I suppose that beating the everloving snot out of everything else really doesn't set the best example either. I would've preferred that this episode never existed, because the first time I watched it, I had gotten bored mid episode, and given up. And I know they would've bashed the Ministry of Pain, because the three have done stuff like that before for even less reasonable causes.

Pee Pee G's is garbage because the entire episode is just a poorly done joke about wetting the bed. And while it probably made some really weird sweaty nerd who thinks that's attractive really happy, it made me uncomfortable and disgusted.

Very Special Blossom has a nonsensical plot. If it were about Buttercup stealing something, it would still be bad, but not absolutely 100% out of character, because Buttercup is the sort of character who often falls victim to her own urges, and has a lot of pent up aggression. None of the girls are very good candidates however, and Blossom is probably the worst choice, since, unlike bubbles, who wouldn't do it because she's too innocent to have a malicious goal like the one shown in the episode, she's extremely intelligent, and it comes upon her almost all of the times when it's needed to guide the other two girls to something that is right and just.

Moral Decay is just barely acceptble for Buttercup. It humanizes her character, and builds on the fact that she's often a subject to her own hubris and urges, and that she doesn't see villains as people as much as she does targets. It's not the best episode, I won't even say it's a good episode, but it's not the worst.

Town and Out is less of an episode that has any point or quarrel with the girls, and instead is just around 15 minutes of the girls getting stomped out over and over. It's not any more realistic than the normal show is, and it doesn't deliver on its promises of portraying how the girls would be treated in such a setting as one which has realism.

City of clipsville was really boring, but I think the mayor showing up and being absolutely bewildered by anything and everything going on around him is what saves the episode for me.

Girls Gone Mild is a dead idea the second it shows up. I like the idea of a satire of censorship in a childrens show, but the entire premise is nonsense. You mean to tell me that, after all they've done for this city, after all of the help they've provided it's citizens after all of the times the Powerpuff Girls have saved the city-NO, the WORLD, for that matter, that there's still enough adults out their who want to sign a document that prevents the continuation of the girls being heroes? BECAUSE IT HAS A "BAD INFLUENCE ON CHILDREN"?! This is the show's light tendency to dwell on the suspension of disbelief at its very worst. Because, I know for a fact, that there are several episodes where the town CANNOT function without the girls helping out, and I don't mean indirectly like they'd do by saving the city, I mean DIRECTLY. This episode isn't the worst episode, but the gaping hole in the premise is really something that I don't care for.

I'm indifferent to Bare Facts

Catastrophe is an okay episode, but it really undersells the girls powers, and I don't like that.

Diddle Riddle is a good episode, in fact, it's always been one of my favorites, because it shows the extent of HIM's powers, but it's also extremely light in its tone and doesn't play itself up to be anything more than it is.
